I drove this thing in primer for a couple of years, so when it came time for paint I sanded most of the primer off to have a good base.
I put on a fresh coat of 2K primer. They call it 2k because it is a 2 part primer { requires a catalist } not because it weighs 2 kilograms or costs $ 2000.00
This was the time consuming part of the job. I sprayed on a light guide coat and block sanded useing a paint paddle for a block and 400 grit sandpaper.
I'm not a pro, but I think it turned out pretty good.
